A fun filled activity at all times is bird watching. I was always interested in birds. These creatures surprise me ....not just because they fly, but because they somehow seem to be extremely busy and ofcourse are colorful. After so many years of hard work, finally it was during the summer of 2007 it was time to write my PhD dissertation and was reading and writing. Suddenly, I looked out of the window with my mind saturated with ideas... to write... and I see a flock of colourful birds on the green grass. It was drizzling.. and a feeling of freshness dawned unto me. How long has it been since I really enjoyed nature?
That was it. I had so many things to look around for and enjoy to the core. Yes, right here, sitting right in my house, just watch out of the window....I could see green lawns, beautiful blue sky, the horizon bordered with green hills, adorned with little houses and chirping birds adding music all around.
Wow!! what did I miss all these days. And it took off! My passion for birds has been brought back from the depths of my heart.
